About Judson Tate

As a 17+-year real estate veteran, Judson is confident that there is a wonderful home out there for everyone. As he tells his clients, sometimes you find it quickly, sometimes it takes a bit of time. But be patient; working with him, your journey will be successful and enjoyable.

Judson will go above and beyond to ensure that a client, buyer or seller, has a positive real estate experience. He is extremely patient, accommodating and informative, and allows people to make their own decisions in their own time, no matter how long it takes. “This is a life-changing move, and my job is to educate, guide, and support your needs and timeline.”

A native Texan, Judson was born and raised in Houston and knows the market well. He specializes mainly in the inner city, inside the loop, and close-in west side neighborhoods of Houston such as Memorial Villages, Spring Branch, Tanglewood, Briargrove, Bellaire, Oak Forest, and Garden Oaks.

Judson has always loved real estate, so much so that he received a BBA degree with a Real Estate concentration from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth. He began his career in the business working with his mother, who is also a Realtor. After 11 years together, in 2013, he affiliated with other brokerages where he received many production awards.

Prior to real estate, Judson was in the service and retail industries, which enabled him to interact with different types of people and personalities, and taught him to be very even-tempered and negotiable.

Though he has lived in other places like Santa Fe, NM and Las Vegas, NV, Texas is Judson’s home. He’s resided in Midtown, near downtown, for the past 16+ years, sharing his home with his two rescue dogs, Polly and Bette. Judson also owns a home in Galveston, TX, his getaway retreat.
